HP Season Information

With nearly a decade of coaching experience across a wide range of ages and competitive levels, Trevor Clement believes successful baseball teams are built on more than talent alone.

His coaching philosophy focuses equally on the technical and mental sides of the game. While developing strong fundamentals, baseball IQ, and on-field skills is essential, Trevor places just as much emphasis on confidence, resilience, teamwork, and learning how to compete with the right mindset.

At the heart of his approach is building a true team culture. Trevor strives to create a dugout where players are connected, support one another, and genuinely enjoy playing together. His belief is simple: when players play for each other, they become a very difficult team to beat.

Trevor’s coaching accomplishments include being named the 2023 BMBA, YSBA, and OBA Coach of the Year, leading the 2023 BMBA Select Team of the Year, and guiding his team to an OBA semifinal appearance in 2023.

Above all, Trevor’s goal is to develop well-rounded players who understand the game, trust themselves and their teammates, and leave the field stronger than when they arrived.
