Major Peewees to Represent Ontario in Canadian Championship

The Barrie Red Sox AAA Peewee baseball team has qualified to represent Ontario at the 2016 Canadian National Championships. While in Windsor earlier this month, the Barrie team beat the Mississauga North Tigers 9-3. It means Barrie and Brampton will represent the province at the championships.

The 2016 National Peewee Championships U13 are being hosted in London, with 10 teams competing for the gold, silver and bronze Aug 25-29.

Barrie’s first pitch is against Team Nova Scotia.
