The Barrie Minor Baseball Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 17th, 2019 at 7:30 pm, following our annual Awards Presentation.
Location: The Warehouse
Address: 49 Truman Road, door N9 (drive LEFT around to the back the building, north side about halfway down)
All members in good standing are welcome to attend the AGM.
The Board of Directors is looking to fill a number of volunteer positions with people who are interested in helping. The following positions will be open:
- First Vice President* - 2 year term
- Vice President Rep & Select - 2 year term
- Directors - 2 year term (5 positions)
Barrie Minor Baseball continues to grow, and is always looking at ways to improve and extend our program offering. Hardworking and dedicated volunteers are essential to our success! Please consider giving back to your community, as we are especially in need of house league volunteers who will be dedicated to helping oversee this vital program.
Please attend the AGM if you wish to get involved, or simply ask questions and find out more!
Any proposal to amend the Constitution or request to have new business placed on the agenda must be sent to the Secretary and the President, in writing, no later than October 3, 2019.
